The right film depends on what you’re packing, how long it needs to stay fresh and where it’s sold.

Printing and finishes
We print custom mylar bags with digital or rotogravure printing, depending on quantity. Digital is ideal for short runs and many designs; rotogravure gives the lowest unit cost on large runs.
Finishes include matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination, spot gloss, metallic and holographic films, white ink underprinting on clear and foil films, and clear windows in custom shapes.

Smaller sizes suit samples and trial packs, the middle size usually fits your core product, and larger sizes work for family packs, bulk and wholesale. Because density varies, we always recommend testing your actual fill before printing. Fill custom mylar bags through the top before sealing, leaving at least 1 inch above the zipper. For the strongest closure, use an impulse or band heat sealer set to the temperature recommended for your film. If you're using oxygen absorbers or desiccants, add them just before sealing, and store finished bags away from direct sunlight and heat.
