Our most requested sizes for custom holographic mylar bags are Small (4 x 6 x 2 in), Medium (5 x 8 x 3 in) and Large (7 x 11.5 x 4 in). Smaller sizes suit samples and trial packs, the middle size usually fits your core product, and larger sizes work for family packs, bulk and wholesale. Because density varies, we always recommend testing your actual fill before printing. Fill custom holographic mylar bags through the top before sealing, leaving at least 1 inch above the zipper. For the strongest closure, use an impulse or band heat sealer set to the temperature recommended for your film. If you're using oxygen absorbers or desiccants, add them just before sealing, and store finished bags away from direct sunlight and heat.
